This cottage is as close as you can get to staying in a luxurious treehouse, featuring a cozy one-bedroom, a loft, a small kitchenette, and an open outdoor-style bathroom It is truly like camping in comfort, with outdoor, but covered, kitchen and bathroom. It is one of seven properties on this 300-acre estate, with access to fruit trees and a private beach.

Late check-out at 6pm and early check-in at 11am available for an additional TT$500 is possible once available.
Weekday: US$172 / TT$1,200 per night- weekdays (Monday’s to Thursday’s).
Weekend: US$429 / TT$3,000- weekends (Friday to Sunday).
Peak Season: July, August, December and New Years, Carnival, Easter and Public Holidays US$257 / TT$1,800 per night.

Cancellations

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be confirmed at least one (1) week prior to the date of rental, failing which a cancellation fee of one night’s stay is applicable and will be deducted from your refund.
